On April 13, 2007 a high speed chase occurred along Dallas Drive at 5:10 pm.  A resident of Dallas was nearly hit by the car being chased and asked the DCA to get information about the incident from the RCMP.

A letter was received indicating that Chase RCMP were involved in the chase and that the request for information has been forwarded to them.

The letter was sent to the Kamloops RCMP.

A letter to the Kamloops RCMP was drafted requesting information on the chase in question along with details about whether policy and procedures were followed.  DCA board reviewed and approved the letter.
