Coal dusting has been a contentious issue among Dallas residents for a very long time.  There is a significant amount of history surrounding this topic.  As the DCA files, newsletters and web references are reviewed, more historical information will be added here.

A final email was sent indicating that Kathy Roberts had set up a group to deal with the Coal Dusting issue.

The Coal Dusting issue was discussed at the December general meeting, a draft of a further email was reviewed with further information pending review of the newsletters.

A reply was sent to the resident that requested the information along with indication that another email will be sent after the December general meeting.

A reply was drafted and basic research conducted to find out more about the status of this issue.  A ruling by the Supreme Court is found (http://www.courts.gov.bc.ca/Jdb-txt/SC/06/16/2006BCSC1649.htm) which indicates that an application for Class Action was denied.
