General meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month, 7:00 pm in the Dallas Community Room attached to Dallas Elementary School (296 Harper Road). Members and non-members alike are welcome to attend however only members in good standing are eligible to vote.
Please identify yourself as a member when you attend so we know that you're elegible to vote.
Meetings are light with lots of chatting. We stick to semi-formal rules of order to make sure the required work gets done, but they are flexible enough to be enjoyable.
